Land Use Council
As per the article 51 Cha of Land Related Act 2021 (5th Ammendment), provision is made to constitute a Land Use Council. The Council shall formulate Land use Policy for implementing land use programme. The composition of the Council is as follows:

1.	Vice Chairman, National Planning Commission	Chairman
2.	Secretary, Ministry of Defense	Member
3.	Secretary, Ministry of Forest and Land Conservation	Member
4.	Secretary, Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives	Member
5.	Secretary, Ministry of Physical Planning and Construction	Member
6.	Three Land Use Specialists nominated by Government of Nepal	Member
7.	Secretary, Ministry of Land Reform and Management	Member Secretary

Note:
a) The tenure of the Nominated Council Members shall be of 2 years.
b) Additional Specialist shall be invited in the Council Meeting, if necessary
